Fear not, my friend! For Jesus is your SURE Victory! In times past, whenever I felt stuck and hope is lost, the LORD will bring to my mind these victory scriptures.
July 2012
During these few months (2012), my family and I are experiencing some tough times. But no matter what, we continue to trust the LORD. We are seeing His miracles unfolding a little at a time.
My aunt, who was spiritually down a few days back (mid-July 2012) has picked herself up by reading the Bible and watching other Christian testimonies. I reminded her that the LORD our God is the same yesterday, today and forever. (Hebrews 13:8)
Latest Update (13 November 2012)
It has been a rough time these few months. But glory to God, my Abba Father for He always raise us up to face these challenges and troubles. No doubt, some of the troubles are of ourown doings. But His promises are forever true. The sermon which Pastor Joseph Prince preached two days ago is extremely encouraging.
"I will give her her vineyards from there, And the Valley of Achor as a door of hope." Hosea 2:15 "Achor" means trouble. Fear not, my brother and sister. For the LORD your God has given you a door of hope. You are victorious over every situation in your life.
Throughout these few months, my family and I slowly see the goodness of God and His provision unveiling in our lives. As we learn to stand on Christ's victory, we find rest and peace in Him.
If He can part the Red Sea for the Israelites, He can do it for you and I. (Exodus 14)
If He can cause the Sun and Moon to stand still for almost a full day for Joshua so Joshua can fight till he destroyed all his enemies, He can do it for you and I. (Joshua 10)
If He can turn the water into wine, He can do it for you and I. (John 2:1-12)
As humans, we tend to be realistic and analyze our situation over and over again. We try to help ourselves. But it is only when we realize that we cannot help ourselves and submit everything to our Heavenly Father, then we will see the miracles unfolding in our lives.
Just know that whatever lemons the evil one throws at us, the LORD will turn them into lemonade. Remember, you have victory in Jesus!
